The PRO-31 set contains three professional kitchen knives from the PROFESSIONAL series of excellent quality offered by the world-renowned Japanese manufacturer MAC. Salad with tofu dip

  • 80 g tofu
  • 80 g canned tuna in its own juice
  • 2 teaspoons of ra-yu chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (heaping)
  • 1/2 tablespoon of ponzu
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • a large pinch of salt and pepper
  • favorite fresh vegetables

1. Gently drain the tofu and pat dry. Then cut all the vegetables into thin pieces.
2. Mix tuna, ra-yu chili oil, mayonnaise, ponzu, sesame, salt and pepper and tofu.
3. Place the vegetables on a plate and then pour the tofu dip over them.
