§1 General Provisions

The online store sells MAC kitchen knives wholesale and retail via the Internet under these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the sales agreement concluded with the Customer.
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is required to conclude a sales contract.
All prices listed in the store are gross prices (including VAT).
Products available in the store are free from physical and legal defects.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety (GPSR) and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (DSA), the person responsible for product compliance with EU legislation is:

§2 Placing Orders

Orders can be placed via the store’s website, 24/7.
Customers are required to provide accurate and truthful contact and shipping information.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of incorrect data or technical errors (e.g., incorrect pricing).
The sales contract is concluded upon the Customer receiving order confirmation.

§3 Payments

Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or through an online payment system.
Orders must be paid within 7 business days of placement.
Each order is accompanied by a receipt or a VAT invoice (upon Customer request).

§4 Order Fulfillment and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
Shipping is carried out via courier service or InPost parcel lockers.
Delivery times depend on the carrier and are beyond the Seller’s control.
Shipping costs are provided before the order is finalized.

§5 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, a Customer who is a consumer may withdraw from the remote contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
Returned products must be unused and in undamaged condition.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

§6 Complaints and Returns

In case of a defective product, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.

Complaints are reviewed within 14 business days.
Defective goods will be replaced or refunded if replacement is not possible.

§8 Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time. Changes come into effect once published on the store’s website.
Any matters not covered herein shall be governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent common court.
