These knives boast a unique design thanks to their black Teflon-coated blades. This also adds functionality, as cut food separates more easily from the blade. All knives are crafted from MAC Steel (AUS8) with a Rockwell hardness of 59, ensuring extremely sharp and durable blades. The handle is made of PAKKA wood, a blend of natural wood and synthetic resin, which is highly resistant to water absorption.
