Salad with Ham and Cucumber Soba 80g Soba noodles

Wakame seaweed
Ham
Cucumber
50ml Diluted
Tsuyu Tempura flakes

Add the dried soba to a pot of boiling water and cook for 4-6 minutes until the soba is desired softness. When finished, rinse with cold water to prevent further cooking, shake off excess water.

Prepare other ingredients while cooking soba. Add the dried wakame seaweed to a bowl full of plenty of water and allow the wakame to rehydrate. Meanwhile, cut the ham and cucumber into bite-sized strips.

Add cold soba to a bowl or plate and pour over the tsuyu noodles. Shake off excess water from the rehydrated wakame and place on top with the ham, cucumber and tempura flakes
