Scallop Carpaccio with Yuzu and Sesame Oil – Recipe (Serves 2)

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 large fresh scallops
  • 1 teaspoon yuzu or lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • thinly sliced ​​radish
  • chives or microgreens
  • sesame seeds
  • sea salt

 

Preparation:
